The chef’s gastronomic proposal enhances the authentic flavors of the territory through refined reinterpretations of Neapolitan cuisine: creative and harmonious dishes, in which local raw materials are enhanced with originality and elegance.
The name “Il Pavone” draws inspiration from the work of art that dominates the room, created by the architect Giovan Battista Comencini in 1906, the year of completion of the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia. It is a unique creation: an elegant alabaster plaster bas-relief on antiqued mirror panels, an emblematic example of the Art Nouveau style that Comencini helped to introduce and spread in Naples during the Belle Époque.
The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 23:30. Reservations are recommended.
From Wednesday to Saturday, the evenings are enriched with piano bar entertainment, for an even more evocative experience.
